Nourish is at 1304 Topsail Rd. in Paradise - drop in to check them out, and make sure to let any friends following a gluten-free diet know! And, don't forget about the Gymboree Fall Sale, today only, at the St. John's Lions Park Chalet/Lions Club Building (behind ReMax Centre/Curling Club), from 11am-7pm.
Tomorrow, Thursday Nov 18th is the tax-free shopping day Downtown. Get a coffee and go for a stroll, stop at your favorite stores and buy treats for your favorite people, or even yourself! More information here.
