The affected lapel pins were sold by Build-a-Bear Workshops and online from July 2009 to October 2010 in Canada
Corrective Action:Consumers should immediately stop using the affected lapel pins and return them to the place of purchase for a refund of $5.00 coupon for a future purchase at Build-A-Bear Workshop. If it is not feasible for you to return the pin to your local store, you may contact Build-A-Bear Workshop at the number listed below for alternate instructions.
