Manhattan Toy received one report of a Canadian retailer receiving broken product.
Recalled products were sold in Canada at baby and gift and specialty stores and online at ManhattanToy.com from March 2011 through July 2011.
Corrective Action:Consumers should immediately take the rattles away from children and return them to the store where purchased for a refund. Consumers may also contact Manhattan Toy for instructions on receiving a replacement item or a full refund.
