Recall - "Zip Zap" 100% cotton sleeper by Brecrest Babywear Ltd

Health Canada reports of a recall involving 100% cotton sleeper sold under the brand name "Zip Zap" by Brecrest Babywear Ltd. Once ignited, the sleepwear can burn rapidly and cause severe burns to large areas of the child's body, resulting in shock and sometimes death.

Other styles of "Zip Zap" brand sleepers by Brecrest Babywear Ltd. were previously subject to recall in November 2011.

Recalled sleeper were sold at Winners stores across Canada from November 2011 to December 2011.

Corrective Action:Consumers are advised to stop using the affected sleepwear.

If the affected sleepwear was purchased at a Winners' store, consumers should return it to any Winners' store for a full refund or call customer service at: 1-800-646-9466.
