Health Canada reports of a recall involving children's Ladybug Halloween costumes. The marabou trim on this costume could easily catch fire if exposed to a flame or other ignition source such as a match, lighter, candle, stove element or spark from a fireplace and cause burns to consumers.See HSW Products tab for specifics on the affected item.
Sold at: various retail and novelty stores across Canada from September 2010 to July 2012.
Corrective Action:Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Ladybug costume and dispose of it at once.
