Corrective Action:Consumers should contact Summer Infant Inc. for a free repair kit which includes a locking strap and instructions.
Consumers are advised NEVER to use the bather as a carrier, even with the locking strap installed, as warned on the product, retail package and instruction booklet.
Consumers are also advised to not return to stores as the retailers will not have the repair kit.
