...but not at the same time of course!
A couple of years ago, Little Ray's Reptile Zoo came to NL - did you get to see them? They had a wonderful, amazing selection of animals! And their staff was so knowledgeable. My boys, and their older cousin loved it - they all petted the crocodile and Ms. K even had a snake around her neck!
Lucky us - whether you saw them in '09 or not, they are back this weekend at the St. John's Convention Centre. Check it out with your little ones - it is sure to be fun for the whole family!
And, since we are down to the final few weeks before Christmas, C. J. Moose and Santa are coming back to the Village Mall. They'll be welcomed in style Saturday morning - join them for a Sing -a- long with Terry Rielly & a reading of "Twas the Night before Christmas", plus you might even get a free C.J. Moose Christmas toy (first 150 children).
The Craft Council's Christmas Craft Fair is on this weekend as well, at the Arts & Culture Centre. They are collecting donation for the Food Bank, so it is a good opportunity to get some shopping in and be charitable at the same time.
If you have a date night planned, why not see RED? DH and I saw this last week, and really enjoyed it. It has an amazing cast: Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman, John Malkovich, Helen Mirren, Mary-Louise Parker, Richard Dreyfuss, etc. It is the story of retired CIA agents who get dragged back in to the daily grind. If you like action movies with a slight comedic twist, this one's for you!
