Health Canada and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) report that Sport Dinaco Inc. is recalling VAUDE Child Carriers Kenta and Kenta Plus. Due to an incorrectly sewn strap, the lateral load positioner could tear out under a heavy load, which would lead to less effective side stabilization. In the worst-case scenario, the child can fall out of the carrier leading to severe injuries.
