Health Canada and the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission report of a recall involving Fisher-Price Little People® Builders' Load'n Go Wagon. The underside of the wagon's plastic handle has molded-in reinforcement. This design adds stiffness and facilitates children gripping the handle. The handle poses a laceration hazard if the child falls on it.

Fisher-Price and the United States CPSC have received 7 reports of incidents, including 5 reports of children receiving cuts requiring stitches or surgical glue.
Affected products were distributed to mass merchandise retail stores across Canada between June 2009 to July 2011.
Corrective Action:Fisher-Price Canada recommends that consumers immediately take the recalled wagons away from children and contact Fisher-Price Canada for instructions on how to obtain a free replacement handle.
Consumers are instructed to call Fisher-Price's toll free number 1-800-432-5437 to speak to a Consumer Relations agent or visit their website.
