Recall - Bratz Makeup Design Sketch Book

The following recall notice is from HSW: 

Event Hightlights

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration reports of a recall involving Bratz Makeup Design Sketch Book. This product has the potential to be contaminated with Staphylococcus warneri and Staphylococcus intermedius, both of which can cause infections, including eye infections, which if left untreated, may lead to sight-threatening complications. Through finished product testing, elevated levels of bacteria was found in the eye shadow portion of this product.

In the U.S., The Makeup Design Sketch book was distributed nationwide and sold through retail stores and e-commerce web sites. HSW confirmed with the distributor that product was also sold in Canada. The Bratz website lists the following retailers where Bratz products can be found: Zellers, Walmart, ToysRUs.
Corrective Action:Consumers should discontinue use of this product. For information on how to obtain a refund for your purchase, phone MGA Customer Service at 1 800 222-4685 Monday-Saturday, 8 AM-6 PM CST.
