Recall - Bugaboo brand strollers and carrycots

The following recall notice is from HSW:


Update: Health Canada and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) report of a recall involving carry handles on certain Bugaboo brand strollers and carrycots. A button on the stroller's carrycot/seat carry handle can become disengaged and cause the handle to detach, posing fall and choking hazards to young children.

See Products tab for specifics on the affected items (including additional photos). The recall has been expanded to include 9 additional models of strollers.
Bugaboo International BV has received 58 incidents of the carry handle white buttons failing in North America with no reported injuries - January 2013 recall. Bugaboo International B.V. has received 16 incidents worldwide of the carry handle breaking with no reported injuries - Present Recall.
Collectively, products were sold at various children retailers across Canada from January 2011 to January 2013.

Corrective Action:
Consumers should immediately remove the carry handle from the affected strollers and contact Bugaboo to receive a free replacement carry handle.For more information, consumers may visit the firm’s website or contact Bugaboo either byemail, or at 1-800-460-2922 between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. PST Monday through Friday.
