Event Update: Health Canada, U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Toys R Us report of a recall involving Imaginarium activity walker. Small parts of this toy may separate, and these small components pose a choking hazard to young children.

▲Toys "R" Us Canada has received 5 reports of incidents related to the use of this toy, 1 in Canada and 4 in the United States.
Sold at Toys R Us stores across Canada from August, 2011 to January 2013.
Corrective Action:Immediately take the Activity Walker from children and return it to the nearest Toys”R”Us for a refund or store credit.
