That's right! Why not send your kids on over to Bulldog Fitness on Torbay Rd tonight? They are having their Fitness & A Movie Night tonight from 7:00 - 10:00 PM. It includes an hour of supervised fitness followed by a movie and popcorn. Not only a great night for the kids, but, if you catch the right show, you might even have time for a movie yourself! Or have a nice dinner out with your husband, finish that novel, or even do some Christmas shopping (its only 3 months 'til Christmas Eve, you know!).... the possibilities are endles ;-)
