Recall - Foam Number Puzzle (choking hazard)

A quick post to pass along the following recall information from HSW:

Health Canada reports of a recall involving a number puzzle that is made up of 10 coloured interlocking foam squares. Some of the small pieces of foam that make up the numbers in the puzzle are small parts; these small parts pose a choking hazard to young children.

Recalled number puzzles were sold across Canada from January 2010 to January 2011.

Corrective Action:
Consumers should immediately take away the recalled toy from children and dispose of it in regular household garbage.
