▲The firm has received 1,232 reports of broken See Saw seats. Of these, 13 involved injuries to young children that included bumps, bruises and lacerations in the United States. There have been 21 incidents reported in Canada.
Sold at: Walmart from February 2012 to April 2012 in Canada, and at Walmart, Toys R Us, Academy and at other specialty stores, and online retailers from December 2011 to May 2012 in the United States.
Corrective Action:
Consumers should immediately stop using the See Saw attachment on their swing set and contact Troxel for a free repair kit.
