Here's what's on the go around town this week:
- Tuesday - check out Big Fun for Little People at The Rooms 10:30 - 11:30.This weekly program, featuring stories, puppet shows, games and crafts, is designed especially for tots aged 2-4 and includes a complimentary coffee or tea for Mom or Dad!
- Friday - Giving Thanks Storytime at the Michael Donovan Library 3:30-4:30. A timely subject! And a nice way to start the children's long weekend - take them to the park afterwards and then to Tim's for hot chocolate to chat about all the things you are thankful for in your family :-)
- Also, on a slightly different note: Tomorrow, October 5th is World Teacher's Day - celebrate the teachers in your family's life and how they have helped guide your children, impacted their lives and enabled you to help your child with academics or social issues. Let them know they are a valuable member of your team in working to shape your child's future, or better yet, remind your child to say "thank you for helping me learn"!
