Health Canada reports of a recall involving Simply Charming Hair Clips. Health Canada's sampling and testing program revealed that the surface coating on the barrettes contains lead in excess of allowable limits.

Recalled rings were distributed in Canada from January 2010 to November 2012.
Corrective Action:Consumers should immediately take the recalled jewellery away from children and dispose of the item in their regular household waste.
