Health Canada reports of a recall involving children's two-piece snowsuit sets sold under the brand name "Mexx". The zipper tab/pull can become detached from the zipper, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Mexx has received four reports of a zipper tab/pull detaching. One report indicated that a tab/pull was found in a child's mouth.
Recalled snowsuit sets were sold at Mexx retail stores across Canada from August 2010 to January 2011.
Corrective Action:
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled snowsuits and return it with proof of purchase to any Mexx Canada Inc. store for a full refund.
