Recall - Kirkland Children's Pyjama Sets

Event Highlights

Costco Wholesale  Canada reports of a recall involving Kirkland Signature Children's Two-piece Short Sleeve Top and Shorts Summer Pyjama Sets. Recalled items to not meet Canadian flammability requirements guidelines and thus pose a burn hazard.

Recalled items were sold at Costco Wholesale warehouses between June  11, 2010 and April  19, 2011 inclusively.

Corrective Action:If you are in possession of these summer pyjamas please stop using them and  return them to your Costco Wholesale warehouse for a full refund.
