Small Changes Challenge - 17/50

So, I started a Small changes Challenge this week that made everyone laugh... but then aren't those the best?! Come to think of it, of all of them, I have best stuck to the marching - which still elicits OMG-SHE-MUST-BE Crazy reactions from my two boys....

I digress.. this week's challenge was two fold - do 20 squats whenever I had something in the microwave for a minute or less, and do 20 push-ups against the counter ledge whenever I was waiting for the kettle to boil. If you need proof that this is indeed funny, do them both non-chalantly in the presence of your 6 & 8 yr olds...

And, so, how is it going?? GREAT! And I have the tired arms to prove it :-) Another 5/5! (That's three weeks in a row.... not that I am counting ;-)
