Tasty Tuesday - YOUR Stuff: Vinagrette & Icing

I have two recipes to share with you today! Both of these are from Crystal at ONS GEAR, a reader from Ontario! She sent me her recipes for Vinagrette (so simple) and a wicked icing. Enjoy :-)

Vinagrette: combine the following:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp salad spices

Alternative to Icing for Cupcakes:
small carton (250 mL) of 35% Whipping Cream
half a package of Strawberry Jello Powder

Beat whipping cream at medium speed until fluffy. Add small amounts of Jello Powder while beating at low speed. Spread over cooled cupcakes.
