Christmas Countdown: Recipe to Reduce Holiday Stress

Holiday Stress... it starts NOW and continues on through the early New Year! Come January 4th, when the kids go back to school, we need a break!

That's why I was intrigued by the 5-10-15 idea on Organized Christmas. The gist is to establish some healthy habits now to reduce stress throughout the holiday season. Each day, aim for:

5 servings of fruits and vegetables
10 minutes of quiet time to reduce stress
15 minutes of gentle aerobic exercise

We can all do that, right?

Yes, yes we can ;-)
