Health Canada and the Electrical Safety Authority report of a recall involving Fuse 120V Cell Phone Chargers. The affected products have not been evaluated for safety against any Canadian standards and may pose safety hazards to users.

Affected products were sold at Wal-Mart, Zellers, HMV and Winners stores across Canada from June 2011 to September 2011.
Corrective Action:Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chargers and return the product to foneGEAR in exchange for a similar certified product. foneGEAR will be replacing the recalled product with a new product that has been certified and built to the appropriate Canadian standards.
