Recall - 'Water Balz' and 'Growing Skulls' expanding toys by Dunecraft

The following recall notice is from HSW:

Health Canada and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) report of a recall involving 'Water Balz' and 'Growing Skulls' expanding toys marketed by Dunecraft. When the marble-sized toy is ingested, it expands inside the body and causes a blockage in the small intestine, resulting in severe discomfort, vomiting, dehydration and could be life threatening. The toys do not show up on an x-ray and require surgery to be removed from the body. See HSW Products tab for specifics on the affected items (including additional photos). Note, CPSC recall involves two more models of toys ('Despicable Me' and 'Fabulous Flowers') sold exclusively in U.S.
CPSC is aware of one report of an 8-month-old girl from Humble, Texas who ingested a Water Balz and suffered an intestinal obstruction in August 2011. The Water Balz had to be surgically removed.

Sold in Canada through various retailers and websites from September 2010 to November 2012.
